Sutton FM was established in 1978 under the Sutton Group Services banner, promoting Building Services and Maintenance expertise within the London Building Industry and Offshore Oil Exploration Industry.
Since then, we have made continual capital investment in highly trained staff, specialist equipment, instrumentation, computerisation, vehicles and premises throughout the UK to ensure an efficient, prompt service which meets with our clients' varying requirements.
However, our greatest asset is our dedicated and experienced staff who are not only qualified in their respective fields but regularly attend product, discipline update and legislative courses in maintaining our expertise.
Sutton FM are committed to giving cover to our client requirements 24/7 through our 24-hour Helpdesk. The dedicated Helpdesk staff log actions and report callouts, which are monitored to completion and close-out report.
Sutton FM not only provide Hard and Soft Maintenance Facilities but extend our service to assist our clients with a complete Building Management Programme. This service provides small & major project works, to System redesign & upgrading, introducing modern & efficient Plant solutions.
