We have a culture of Quality and Consistency in meeting our clients' requirements in our technical ability, impartiality, attitude and timeous delivery.
Since our inception in 1978, we have grown into a business of international repute, involved in many iconic buildings in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
The Sutton Group employs over two hundred staff through its five regional offices in London, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow and its international base in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our reputation has resulted in the completion of prestigious contracts worldwide, including many in the Middle East.
Our strength is in the quality of our staff and the support they deliver to our clients, our market knowledge and ability to meet and exceed expectations and being consistent in our product delivery.
Sutton Group Limited provides a collective, corporate and cohesive management structure to support our two service companies in achieving focused synergies. The purpose of this management structure is to receive and resolve Group issues, establish policies and implement the ethos of the Group in maintaining client satisfaction, staff morale and group profitability.
The Sutton Group structure promotes synergies between the companies rather than their operating in isolation within their own disciplines. To demonstrate how the companies complement each other, we have created a synergy chart that offers added value to our Commissioning Management activities. The Maintainability list reflects the areas that are addressed throughout the project construction period, resulting in a comprehensive and cohesive FM system from day one of the building operation.
